Base Salary
$124k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure equipment in the Cypress Waters lab to mirror customer configurations.
- Develop and execute automation test plans validating product features, functionality, and performance.
- Identify issues, open tickets, and collaborate with R&D to resolve defects.
- Communicate testing progress and findings to stakeholders.
- Present lab-based solutions and product capabilities to customers.
- Manage project execution independently onsite at the Cypress Waters lab.
- Document test results and findings and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in automation testing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and learn new technologies and processes.
