Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own the web application for healthcare providers.
- Develop high-performance React applications for actionable user experiences.
- Architect and maintain Node.js backend services and APIs.
- Ensure data compliance and security, particularly with protected health information.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate user needs into features.
- Own technical projects from discovery to delivery with autonomy.
- Drive improvements in application performance and reliability.
- Mentor and upskill fellow engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a focus on frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with a track record of production applications.
- Experience in Node.js for backend services and API design.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and AWS.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture principles and web application development.
- History of building applications prioritizing user experience and data security.
- Experience in mentorship and driving technical best practices.
