Responsibilities

  • Design and implement stable, scalable, performant, accessible, testable, and secure software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code independently and participate in code reviews and team ceremonies.
  • Lead technical development at the product, team, or domain level while owning delivery and application health.
  • Identify opportunities for reuse and automation to reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Apply automation, performance checks, regression testing, debugging, DevOps principles, and quality assurance approaches.
  • Own technical asset custodianship, governance activities, and incident root-cause analysis.
  • Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge as a subject matter expert, and contribute to technical communities.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement, and support hardware, software, and network needs.
  • Apply established AI concepts, tools, and procedures to familiar scenarios.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to develop software independently using sound system design and build practices.
  • Deep understanding of system design and subject matter expertise in key technologies and domains.
  • Ability to apply traditional and agile practices for planning, prioritization, delivery, and impediment escalation.
  • Experience with automation, performance testing, regression testing, debugging, and quality assurance approaches.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
  • Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and technical practices.
