Base Salary
$200k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions for Lirio’s platform.
- Design agentic solutions and workflows leveraging cloud-native AI services.
- Translate business and client requirements into architecture and integration designs.
- Produce high-level and low-level design documents.
- Ensure solution designs align with Lirio’s platform strategy.
- Contribute to architectural decision records and collaborate with the Architecture Team.
- Design and guide integrations with the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Define and document integration boundaries between Lirio and Microsoft.
- Establish repeatable Microsoft integration patterns.
- Design reliable Microsoft ecosystem integrations at scale.
- Establish lifecycle and governance practices for Power Platform assets.
- Design integration patterns for Copilot and Dynamics-enabled experiences.
- Define consent and subscription management integration patterns.
- Support integrations with other strategic platforms as needed.
- Design evaluation and traceability mechanisms for AI-assisted decisions.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering to design secure multi-cloud environments.
- Work with Data Engineering to design ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Ensure solutions follow data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Identify architectural risks across cloud, data, and integration boundaries.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical support to engineering teams.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Build prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions.
- Document architectural decisions and best practices.
- Serve as a contributing member of Lirio’s Architecture Team.
- Partner with Product Management to shape solution approaches.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions support personalization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Experience designing distributed, cloud-native systems in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Experience designing agentic products and workflows.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional technical and product teams.
- Healthcare or other regulated industry experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of software architecture and the Azure ecosystem.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
- Familiarity with Dataverse integration architecture.
- Knowledge of Power Platform delivery and governance.
- Experience with Copilot and agent integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID security patterns.
- Experience with Azure integration services for event- and API-driven designs.
- Experience with Azure data and analytics architecture.
- Experience with enterprise Azure data stores.
- Working knowledge of Databricks and/or Snowflake integration.
- Experience with AI and modern LLM application patterns.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud networking.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and/or .NET.
- Experience designing secure multi-tenant and customer-hosted deployments.
- Experience with observability patterns across Azure and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI-assisted developer tools and workflows.
