Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and maintain cybersecurity measures for IT systems and networks.
- Assess vulnerabilities, develop solutions and guidelines, and intervene during security incidents.
- Own and implement end-to-end application security across the software product lifecycle.
- Train and support software-development security champions according to OWASP SAMM.
- Create security concepts, proposals, policies, risk analyses, processes, templates, and guidelines.
- Advise and support colleagues across the organization in implementing technical and organizational cybersecurity measures.
- Collaborate with local and international cybersecurity specialists to further develop security practices.
Requirements
- Completed studies in cyber/IT security or equivalent qualifications or experience.
- At least five years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Practical experience with BSI standards, BSI IT-Grundschutz, SAST, SCA, and IAST.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Falcon, ideally also Arnica and Sysdig.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Several years of application-development experience and strong understanding of microservice architectures.
- Sound knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000, BSI §8a, NIS2, CRA, BSI, B3S, and related regulations.
- Experience advising on and implementing technical and organizational security measures.
- Knowledge of security processes, SOC concepts, and securing OT/IoT systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, confident interaction with management and specialist departments, and proficiency in spoken and written English.
