Senior Cloud Support Engineer
AlphaSenseResponsibilities
- Provide technical support for cloud-based services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud issues.
- Optimize cloud performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product offerings.
- Assist in the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud support or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
