Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications and design documentation.
- Write, analyze, test, implement, debug, and maintain software programs and business systems.
- Apply knowledge of algorithms, data structures, programming languages, security, logging, error handling, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Support system design, applications integration, troubleshooting, fault rectification, and technology evaluations.
- Follow software development lifecycle, release management, and version control processes.
- Interpret and document client requirements while collaborating across functional teams.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies after the co-op/internship.
- Demonstrate foundational proficiency in programming, quality assurance and testing, cloud computing, applications integration, troubleshooting, and system development lifecycle practices.
- Have knowledge of technology business requirements definition, analysis and mapping, system and technology integration, and test-driven development.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, learning agility, and relationship-building skills.
- Full-time employees would normally require three to five years of experience, but the campus program seeks motivated learners with specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
