Base Salary
$181k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain deep knowledge of the ID.me product suite and map it to consumer brand and loyalty use cases.
- Serve as a primary technical contributor for RFx, RFP, and solicitation responses.
- Diagnose customer requirements, design and configure solutions, and resolve complex technical issues and integration scenarios.
- Lead product demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical presentations, and architecture discussions for customers and senior stakeholders.
- Design group-affiliation verification integrations into checkout, cart, account creation, and loyalty flows.
- Develop reusable technical content including whitepapers, playbooks, how-tos, demos, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to improve products and resolve customer escalations.
- Provide mentorship to Solution Consultant team members and contribute to team learning.
- Develop technical relationships with customer representatives and communicate product feedback internally.
- Present at marketing events, trade shows, and user conferences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience performing Senior Solution Consultant responsibilities.
- Experience in a customer-facing consulting, technical support, or solution engineering role.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with REST APIs.
- Proficiency with authorization, authentication, and federation protocols including OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Bearer Token Authentication.
- Confident technical presentation, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in one or more of IAM platforms and concepts, identity verification, web development, mobile development, or backend development.
- Experience with one or more of JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks, iOS, Android, Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-63-3 and NIST SP 800-63-4 guidelines and standards.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and associated best practices.
- Experience with software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and related technologies.
- Preferred experience includes consumer brands, retail, ecommerce, telecom, loyalty platforms, presales, consulting, or delivery.
- Preferred hands-on experience designing OAuth 2.0 integrations and working with ecommerce, loyalty, and customer data platforms.
- Preferred experience with branded and white-label integration patterns, eligibility or age verification, demo prototyping, conversion, and purchase-funnel friction.
- Ability to travel regularly across the western territory; Mountain View, California or another western United States location is preferred.
