Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and maintain backend and frontend systems for enterprise Data to Decision projects.
- Integrate algorithmic outputs from data science and engineering teams through backend REST APIs.
- Work with business and product owners to create dynamic infographics and intuitive user controls.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and diagnose and troubleshoot bugs and application integration issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and applications.
- Design and develop RESTful services, APIs, databases, applications, and servers.
- Deploy and maintain high-traffic infrastructure and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of demonstrable experience designing, building, and working as a Full Stack Engineer on enterprise web applications.
- Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript ES6, HTML5, CSS, ReactJS or VueJS, Node.js, and Python 3.4+ with Django 2.1+ or Flask, or Java.
- Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, data warehousing concepts, OLAP, OLTP, REST APIs, responsive web design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Hands-on experience with test-driven development and testing libraries such as Jest, PyTest, and Nose.
- Familiarity with JavaScript visualization libraries such as D3, Chart.js, and Highcharts.
- Understanding of backend performance optimization, multithreading, high-traffic infrastructure, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with GitHub or other code versioning tools.
- Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, AWS, or GCP Services.
- Preferred experience with UX designers, microservices, RabbitMQ or other messaging brokers, Nginx, Apache HTTPD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
- B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent.
