Base Salary
$160k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain your role as the customer's primary technical advisor.
- Work with customers to onboard new data sources and implement custom integrations.
- Build and provide tools, templates, and documentation for customer integration.
- Identify opportunities to expand the use of Glean within customer architectures.
- Provide training and guidance to customer technical resources.
- Align technical plans with customers and Glean Customer Success.
- Assist with issue identification, troubleshooting, and remediation.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements.
- Be an active member of the Glean customer technical community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of technical consulting experience.
- Software development experience in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go.
- API and custom data integration experience in a Hybrid or SaaS environment.
- Technical debugging skills including log analysis and end-to-end transaction tracing.
- Deep understanding of networking, including cloud and on-premise networking.
- Experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Support Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Security and audit experience to represent technical frameworks to customer stakeholders.
- Strong communication and project planning skills.
