Base Salary
$112k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Develop user-facing features using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Work with UI and UX teams to implement visual designs as responsive web and mobile components.
- Build reusable React components and frontend libraries, including component APIs and customization options.
- Ensure web standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, responsive behavior, and visual fidelity.
- Write manual and automated unit tests and create demo pages and sample code for components.
- Create technical documentation and documentation portals explaining component APIs and features.
- Create CI/CD build pipelines and participate in process creation, adjustment, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building web applications and React components.
- Strong skills in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, JSX, HTML, Sass/SCSS, styled-components, CSS, and CSS-in-JS.
- Familiarity with Redux, Bootstrap, Node.js, npm, Webpack, HTML5, Babel, Gulp, React Intl, and modern web development patterns.
- Experience building responsive applications across browsers and devices using modern CSS3 techniques.
- Experience writing tests with Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with source code control systems including GitHub and GitLab, and hands-on CI/CD pipeline creation.
- Ability to create technical documentation and develop mobile web applications optimized for low-bandwidth and resource-constrained environments.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience with styled-components, TSDX, Storybook, Cypress, Puppeteer, Playwright, or similar UI testing frameworks, plus familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
