Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve agents that create and repair automations using browser automation tools.
- Scale worker orchestration, job queues, and real-time coordination for growing workloads.
- Build APIs, SDKs, and observability tools for diagnosing and resolving automation failures.
- Ship frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure features based on customer feedback.
- Own systems end to end, operate production software, respond to failures, and help establish engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills and experience owning systems end to end.
- A track record of shipping and operating production software, including responding when production systems fail.
- Proficiency with AWS and comfort working across application code and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with distributed systems, healthcare data, or browser automation is valuable.
Benefits
- Base salary of $180,000 to $240,000 annually.
