Responsibilities
- Travel up to 35% to client sites for implementation and demonstrations.
- Participate in the integration of solutions into client settings.
- Provide technical assistance during deployment and integration phases.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs and compliance requirements.
- Support development teams in crafting tailored healthcare solutions.
- Identify and address technical challenges during project implementation.
- Create and update technical documentation for client onboarding.
- Stay informed about healthcare technology trends to propose relevant solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Javascript, React, and SQL.
- Experience building 0-1 products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Eagerness to collaborate and engage confidently with clients.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment.
