Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Meet with physicians, hospital IT teams, and clinical and operational champions to identify production opportunities.
- Scope use cases, define success measures, and determine paths to productionization.
- Build concrete agents inside Carebricks and create evaluations to verify their performance.
- Maintain use cases by updating agents and adapting them to clinical guidelines and operational requirements.
- Modify the Carebricks platform based on user feedback and hands-on use.
- Integrate with legacy healthcare systems and handle malformed FHIR resources and production edge cases.
- Own the workflow from identifying a clinical problem to shipping a platform or use-case solution.
Requirements
- Strong engineering ability with an appetite for real ownership.
- Ability to communicate with clinical champions and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Ability to translate loosely defined ideas into production systems and AI agents.
- Ability to build evaluations and debug production pipelines.
- Customer-outcome-oriented approach and willingness to work across clinical, operational, and technical concerns.
