Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Meet with physicians, hospital IT teams, clinical champions, and operational stakeholders.
- Scope use cases, define success measures, and establish implementation paths.
- Translate ideas into concrete agents inside Carebricks and build evaluations for them.
- Maintain use-case value through agent updates and changes based on clinical guidelines and operational needs.
- Modify the Carebricks platform based on user feedback and hands-on production experience.
- Own the process from identifying a broken workflow to shipping a platform improvement.
Requirements
- Strong engineering ability with the capacity to speak with clinical champions and debug production pipelines.
- Ability to scope and productionize loosely defined healthcare use cases.
- Ability to build agents and evaluations inside Carebricks.
- Customer-outcome orientation and willingness to take ownership of the full delivery loop.
