Responsibilities
- Ship landing pages, conversion flows, and experiments on the Dust platform.
- Implement and manage end-to-end tracking across the growth funnel.
- Design and conduct rapid experiments to optimize user engagement.
- Build internal applications for Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams.
- Create reliable production-grade tools for the go-to-market team.
- Own the marketing and growth data stack, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketers to define metrics and track performance.
- Translate marketing requests into technical specifications and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, ideally full-stack (TypeScript/React + backend).
- Experience with AI coding tools and a mindset focused on leveraging AI in development.
- Genuine interest in growth, marketing funnels, and user acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools like PostHog or GA4.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and work autonomously.
- 1-4 years of professional software engineering experience, with growth engineering experience preferred.
