Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in life sciences projects involving system design and deployment.
- Configure and implement cloud solutions.
- Lead requirements workshops covering design, prototyping, configuration, and solutions.
- Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systems.
- Technical aptitude to understand business requirements and create corresponding solution designs.
- Proven customer leadership and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with stakeholder management, critical thinking, and complex technical communications across varied audiences.
- Determination to drive client success through solution implementation.
- Ability to travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50%, typically around 25%.
