Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack for Vertical Solutions products leveraging AI Coding Assistants.
- Write production-quality code daily using AI tools to enhance development workflows.
- Prototype ideas and validate them with real customers, turning valuable concepts into production systems.
- Design evaluations and measure quality against real customer data.
- Translate customer needs into elegant technical solutions.
- Contribute to building highly scalable, reliable distributed systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of software engineering experience, focusing on distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Strong proficiency in system-level languages such as React, JavaScript, C#, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and coding agents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical decisions with stakeholders.
