Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business analysts to understand client business needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, configure, upgrade, and modify PeopleSoft applications.
- Prepare project plans and technical and functional specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and recommend coding improvements and techniques.
- Identify and troubleshoot coding issues.
- Support system testing and bug-fixing activities.
- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and projects are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and a current Top Secret clearance are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent is required.
- At least seven years of experience with the PeopleSoft code base is required.
- At least seven years of experience with PeopleSoft technical architecture is required.
- Understanding of Oracle database structures is required.
- SAFe Practitioner certification is preferred.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Federal HRMS is preferred.
