Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models aligned with product objectives.
- Translate business problems into AI/ML solutions with measurable success metrics.
- Embed AI capabilities into product features and workflows in collaboration with backend and frontend engineers.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Improve model performance through retraining and tuning.
- Define data requirements, pipelines, and data quality standards with data engineers.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Document model assumptions, limitations, and related implementation details.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and domain teams in an agile delivery squad.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and API-based models.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices including model deployment and monitoring.
- Experience with cloud platforms; Azure is preferred, while AWS and GCP are acceptable.
- Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, APIs, feature engineering, and dataset governance.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production environments.
- Experience working in agile, squad-based delivery models.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and continuous-learning skills focused on business impact.
