Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own ML powered features from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define success metrics.
- Document domain knowledge and answer domain-specific questions.
- Balance feature development, quality, and maintenance independently.
- Troubleshoot deployment pipelines and monitor ML services.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for owned features and services.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools within the company.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to traverse the full ML lifecycle.
- Experience developing statistical and ML models for various applications.
- Hands-on experience with managed ML services for high-traffic applications.
- Understanding of foundation models and the open-source ecosystem.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Java, or SQL.
- Proficiency in ML frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with time series data and related ML problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
