Responsibilities
- Design and build microservices-based applications using Java 11+ and Spring Boot
- Deliver enterprise-ready cloud solutions focused on AWS infrastructure and services
- Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines and support secure, scalable deployments
- Write comprehensive tests and implement quality-driven development
- Collaborate in agile teams on design decisions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Expert-level Java development experience, including Java 11, 17, and 21+
- Strong proficiency with Spring Boot
- Deep knowledge of public cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Experience designing cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, and Java Streaming
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code, such as CloudFormation, distributed systems, and secure design practices
- Experience with GitLab for CI/CD and Cucumber for BDD test automation is preferred
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is preferred
- Knowledge of CQRS patterns and performance testing strategies is preferred
- Experience delivering customer-facing or business-critical applications in finance is preferred
