Responsibilities
- Lead AI and ML assessments of clients’ analytics, automation, and AI maturity.
- Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and identify predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI opportunities.
- Architect and implement machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize ML pipelines, model training workflows, feature engineering processes, and deployment architectures.
- Design and implement solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI frameworks.
- Gather requirements, define use cases, prioritize opportunities, and establish measurable success criteria with stakeholders.
- Lead proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments with attention to scalability, security, governance, and compliance.
- Create architecture diagrams, implementation plans, AI solution blueprints, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, application, and data engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience focused on AI, machine learning, data science, and generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ML model development and deployment, NLP, deep learning, generative AI, LLM platforms, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Experience with Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, and AI deployment practices.
- Experience conducting AI opportunity assessments and developing AI adoption strategies.
- Demonstrated delivery of AI transformation initiatives from ideation through production deployment.
- Experience building enterprise AI applications, copilots, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, security, compliance, and model monitoring.
- Strong client-facing consulting, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Preferred advanced certifications in AI, data science, cloud AI, or enterprise architecture.
- Preferred experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable platforms and frameworks.
- Preferred exposure to knowledge management, enterprise search, and intelligent document processing solutions.
