Responsibilities
- Drive strategy by balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical health.
- Translate complex business goals into technical implementations.
- Establish the technical quality bar and write reference implementation code.
- Architect multi-component systems and produce technical design documents.
- Identify systemic quality issues and build roadmaps for remediation.
- Design AI-driven workflows to enhance team output.
- Lead the delivery of projects across multiple engineers.
- Own the end-to-end product surface for quality and user experience.
- Run user discovery to inform engineering priorities.
- Mentor peers and drive a culture of psychological safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building complex systems from scratch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with AI tools and eagerness to leverage them.
- Experience with modern tech stacks, particularly Node/TS/GCP.
- Ability to articulate specific impacts on previous projects.
