Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications, tools, and automation solutions for change management and incident management processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Design and implement monitoring, reporting, and workflow automation solutions.
- Develop Python and Java scripts and utilities to streamline operational tasks.
- Participate in software testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, support, release management, and business stakeholders on process improvements.
- Prototype AI-driven solutions for incident detection, knowledge management, automation, and operational insights.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and application functionality and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience is typically required.
- Comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of application design, architecture, development tools, application maintenance, application testing, packaged application integration, system development life cycle, technical troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Preferred skills include application development, process improvement, release management, software solutions, customer solutions, design, business management, group problem solving, and UX design.
