Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional mission team with engineers, product, and data.
- Continuously improve the code base, systems, and processes.
- Design and develop efficient, scalable solutions.
- Enable fast iteration and learning through experiments and internal solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- High proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing architecture and deploying web applications.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous messaging.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to write fast, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
