Responsibilities
- Design and develop low-latency solutions using current .NET technologies.
- Build performant and scalable backend services from scratch and improve existing services.
- Address live production challenges.
- Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with team leads, stakeholders, engineers, QAs, and teams across the company.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that could improve the platform.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in backend .NET and C# development.
- Strong understanding of .NET Core, APIs, multithreading, and performance, preferably in high-load environments.
- Experience with messaging systems such as ActiveMQ and Kafka.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
- Experience with financial systems or real-time data is preferred.
- Good SQL knowledge; NoSQL experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Related certifications are a plus.
