Responsibilities
- Install and integrate NICE software solutions on-site or remotely.
- Assist the implementation team with technical questions throughout the project.
- Ensure proper integration of all components of the technical architecture.
- Communicate design flaws found during the delivery of NiCE Solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on the NiCE product suite and implementation methodology.
- Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability.
- Document lessons learned and resolutions in the Nice Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with project managers for end-to-end project rollouts.
- Engage with client teams to understand pain points and present solutions.
- Promote the use of AI tools for enhanced decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years in product implementation and integration.
- Experience with NiCE WFM, Engage, CXone, and RTA is a plus.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and automation principles.
- Strong analytical mindset and team-oriented interpersonal skills.
- Experience with server technology, SQL/Oracle, networking, and telephony systems.
- Readiness to work in shifts covering APAC and EMEA.
