Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technical solution development related to NewRocket’s services and products.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to develop and articulate technical solutions.
  • Engage in pre-sales and solution development as an expert.
  • Work with Sales teams to qualify customer needs through discovery.
  • Participate in the sales lifecycle to acquire new customers.
  • Mentor and provide informal leadership to Solution Consultants.
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to prospects and existing customers.
  • Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to understand differentiators.
  • Communicate commitments and expectations for deployment with Sales and Professional Services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in the ServiceNow platform industry.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery of customer issues and develop technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and skills within assigned practice majors/minors.
  • Expert-level knowledge of pre-sales and the full sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform is required.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
  • A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • ServiceNow sales certifications and/or Presales certifications are preferred.
