Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical solution development related to NewRocket’s services and products.
- Collaborate directly with clients to develop and articulate technical solutions.
- Engage in pre-sales and solution development as an expert.
- Work with Sales teams to qualify customer needs through discovery.
- Participate in the sales lifecycle to acquire new customers.
- Mentor and provide informal leadership to Solution Consultants.
- Lead product demonstrations tailored to prospects and existing customers.
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements.
- Conduct competitive analyses to understand differentiators.
- Communicate commitments and expectations for deployment with Sales and Professional Services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in the ServiceNow platform industry.
- Proven ability to lead discovery of customer issues and develop technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge and skills within assigned practice majors/minors.
- Expert-level knowledge of pre-sales and the full sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform is required.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
- ServiceNow sales certifications and/or Presales certifications are preferred.
