Base Salary

$97k - $110k/yr

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to uncover customer needs, system environments, and integration requirements.
Design scalable solutions aligned with customer business objectives and technical feasibility.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations explaining Trustpilot’s value, flexibility, and return on investment.
Support proof-of-concepts and pilot programs before contract signature.
Answer technical questions, resolve blockers, and advise customers throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure solution integrity and smooth handover.
Document proposed solutions and integration requirements and conduct knowledge transfer.
Capture recurring customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap prioritization.
Manage multiple sales opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, data flows, and common SaaS architecture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Customer-centric, commercially aware, and capable of solving customer challenges through technology.
Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders.

Base salary of $97,000-$110,000 gross per year plus a competitive commission structure; variable pay and other benefits are excluded from the stated base salary range.
