Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, including conducting thorough pull request reviews.
- Embrace strategies that minimize risk and enhance observability, alerting, and metrics.
Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table datasets.
- 3+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting.
- 3+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
