Base Salary
$140k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Turn ambiguous client problems into shipping code.
- Drive projects from discovery to deployment.
- Collaborate with client and internal project teams.
- Design and write clean, scalable code at appropriate quality standards.
- Integrate and productize AI capabilities.
- Advocate for engineering best practices and positive dev culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Proficient in TypeScript/React and backend APIs (Python/FastAPI or Express/Deno).
- Experience with cloud native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with internal and client contacts.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
