Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert across business and technical domains.
- Lead the planning, execution, and release of complex technical projects across multiple teams.
- Own medium to large features or infrastructure projects from technical design through completion.
- Collaborate with partners, product managers, and designers to solve challenging problems.
- Lead and mentor engineers and engineering teams while setting team direction and applying best practices.
- Deliver large or complex technology capabilities within or across team domains.
- Identify and mitigate risks to cross-team project delivery and promote engineering collaboration.
- Influence technical and product roadmap prioritization and process improvements.
- Identify and reduce failure domains, build software that minimizes maintenance and failure impact, and guide SLO development.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading cross-pod or cross-company deliverables.
- 5+ years leading technical contributions and improving the quality of team output.
- 5+ years applying computer science concepts in a team setting.
- 5+ years setting and enforcing standards for stable, correct, and maintainable code.
- 5+ years leading technical teams, including mentoring and training junior engineers.
