Base Salary
$96k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flow, JavaScript, REST API, and event-driven integrations.
- Configure and integrate Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect CTI, including AWS-side setup and gap analysis.
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, deployments, source control, environment management, and CI/CD processes.
- Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore teams, conduct code reviews, establish development best practices, and mentor team members.
- Translate complex business requirements into secure enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proven leadership experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and contact center integrations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flow, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with event-driven integrations, platform events, Salesforce Voice, Amazon Connect, and CTI integrations.
- Experience with solution architecture, code reviews, team mentoring, Git, CI/CD, deployment management, and environment management.
