Responsibilities
- Build marketplace systems and experiences connecting companies with recruiters and candidates.
- Improve recruiter onboarding, activation, ramp-up, retention, and quality.
- Develop recruiter payment, incentive, and performance tooling.
- Build systems that distribute open roles effectively across recruiter activity.
- Automate manual processes for recruiters, hiring managers, and internal operations.
- Ship features that improve user engagement and directly affect hiring outcomes in partnership with the marketplace product lead.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience shipping high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take well-defined problems and deliver clean solutions quickly.
- Impact-driven approach focused on improving recruiter and hiring manager experiences.
- Technical ability to move quickly across the stack without sacrificing quality where it matters.
