Base Salary
$165k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end internal AI stack, from model selection and integration through deployment and monitoring
- Build and maintain custom AI agents and LLM-powered tools for engineering workflows
- Evaluate, customize, configure, and deploy third-party AI coding and developer tools
- Instrument AI tool usage and measure effects on engineering velocity, code quality, and developer satisfaction
- Support engineering teams with AI-powered resources and workflows
- Track AI tooling developments and develop internal AI adoption practices
Requirements
- Passion for machine learning and AI-powered developer productivity
- Ability to build, integrate, deploy, and operate AI agents and LLM-powered workflows
- Ability to evaluate and roll out AI developer tools across engineering teams
- Interest in AI tooling, agents, and developer productivity research
