Base Salary
$165k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the end-to-end internal AI stack from model selection to deployment.
- Build and maintain custom AI agents and LLM-powered tools for engineering workflows.
- Evaluate and roll out third-party AI developer tools and manage onboarding.
- Instrument AI tool usage and measure its impact on engineering velocity and code quality.
- Stay updated on AI tooling and developer productivity research to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Support engineering teams with AI-powered resources and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in software development.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions.
- Proficiency in building custom tools and workflows tailored to engineering needs.
- Excellent communication skills to advocate for AI best practices across teams.
