Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of testing and quality engineering processes.
- Develop and improve automated testing frameworks and implement testing best practices across projects.
- Lead team decisions, provide solutions across multiple teams, and coordinate cross-functional testing objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines and promote predictive and intelligent testing approaches.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in automated testing.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in automated testing and Java for test automation scripting.
- Experience with backend test automation, API test automation using Karate, and UI test automation using Selenium.
- Experience with Postman or Rest Assured, BDD using Cucumber, GitLab or equivalent CI/CD integration, Git or other version control tools, and relational databases with SQL Server or similar querying tools.
