Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems including SvelteKit, Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes.
- Own the design and production of systems, ensuring robust execution for long-running workflows.
- Enhance the public API with clean, well-documented surfaces and auto-generated OpenAPI docs.
- Implement enterprise product features such as ACLs, audit logs, and entitlements.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and creatives to build tools that empower human creativity.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on production systems.
- Strong understanding of backend technologies and architecture for scalability.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work independently without extensive PM guidance.
- Experience with Kubernetes in production is a plus.
- A background in creative fields is beneficial but not required.
