Responsibilities
- Participate in Gong’s company-wide frontend guild and collaborate with frontend developers across teams.
- Solve architectural, code-level, and product-level technical problems while balancing practicality and innovation.
- Own developed features and collaborate with product and UX teams from wireframes through production.
- Contribute to architecture huddles and decisions about code and engineering best practices.
- Build a performant, scalable, usable SaaS product as part of Gong’s technology team.
- Use professional lectures, workshops, and dedicated learning time to develop technical skills.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of industry experience developing web applications.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript and experience with React are required.
- Experience with large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
- Proven experience designing architectures for design systems and components.
- Familiarity with backend languages such as Java, Node.js, and C# is advantageous.
- A degree in computer science or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, collaboration, independence, ownership, and willingness to learn.
