Base Salary
$135k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver large-scale, multi-service Spring Boot applications and reusable Spring/OAuth2 components.
- Define application-level architecture, RESTful API standards, reliability, resiliency, observability, performance, and security patterns.
- Build React-based interfaces, OfficeJS-integrated plugins, reusable task-pane frameworks, and UI components.
- Develop J2EE microservices, Docker-based web applications and APIs, and Jenkins build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Architect AWS cloud-native and serverless solutions using Lambda, Amazon ECS, Nomad, and Amazon S3.
- Participate in architecture teams, manage complex project plans and risks, and coordinate schedules across multiple projects.
- Review test plans, ensure QA readiness, document applications and subsystems, and recommend development testing tools and methodologies.
- Advise senior management on technical strategy, resolve business-unit technology issues, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering Systems, or a closely related field and five years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in one of these fields and three years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing and delivering user interfaces through end-to-end development using React, Spring Boot, and Jenkins in a regulatory compliance environment.
- Expertise with React, Material UI, TypeScript, OfficeJS APIs, RESTful services, J2EE microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and AWS cloud-native services.
- Experience with Lambda, Amazon ECS, Nomad, Amazon S3, secure service-to-service communication, and configuration management.
- Ability to lead architecture, technical analysis, project planning, risk management, documentation, and technical mentoring.
