Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects, including scoping, designing, implementing, and productionizing features.
- Work from complex customer needs to identify opportunities and drive business impact.
- Collaborate with product, design, infrastructure, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
- Debug production issues across services and improve the team’s operational health.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term goals.
- Establish and uphold engineering, security, and technical design best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry software engineering experience, excluding internships and co-ops.
- Strong coding skills in any programming language; the interview process is language agnostic.
- Ability to collaborate across workstreams and contribute to peers’ success.
- Ability to work autonomously with significant responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Effective communication with internal and external cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks.
- Preferred: experience working directly with customers and influencing product decisions.
- Preferred: experience integrating robustly with external systems and APIs.
- Preferred: experience in both frontend and backend development.
