Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agent-based applications for enterprise use cases.
- Build and optimize planner-executor, tool-calling, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Develop scalable AI solutions in Python with strong coding, testing, and version-control practices.
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
- Implement LLMOps practices including evaluation, prompt optimization, experimentation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Implement AI governance, Responsible AI, guardrails, prompt safety, validation, privacy controls, and risk management.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, business applications, APIs, and internal or external tools.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AI applications in AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment automation.
- Use Snowflake for retrieval, grounding, context management, and AI-powered solutions.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into AI solutions and measurable KPIs.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical workstreams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Strong experience designing and deploying agentic AI architectures, Generative AI applications, LLMOps, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with LLMs, OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Snowflake, and scalable production deployments.
- Preferred experience in private banking, asset and wealth management, banking, or financial services.
- Preferred experience designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Experience with reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, model risk management, auditability, or regulated-industry compliance.
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks such as Ragas, DeepEval, or TruLens.
- Knowledge of MLOps platforms and model lifecycle management tools.
- Strong prompt engineering and agent optimization expertise.
- Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, or modern AI and analytics platforms.
- AWS AI/ML, Generative AI, or Cloud Technology certifications are preferred.
- English proficiency is preferred; Swedish nationality is preferred.
