Base Salary
$177k - $283k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop secure, privacy-preserving, on-device solutions for AI models.
- Collaborate with scientists to implement state-of-the-art edge distributed training techniques.
- Implement on-device monitoring solutions for continuous model improvement.
- Develop innovative model compression solutions for AI at the edge.
- Introduce new techniques to enhance model fairness, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 13+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale distributed platforms.
- Experience with AI on chips and on-device model deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and C++, with familiarity in ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with chip development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
