Base Salary
$70k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers.
- Analyze and understand system requirements for ongoing work and Annual Enrollment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client questions and issues related to the platform.
- Collaborate with Architect II resources to design solutions and identify downstream impacts.
- Complete Decision Support documents and create work requests for configuration resources.
- Partner with Configuration Specialists to support platform requirements.
- Operate within project timelines to meet or exceed expectations.
- Build trusted client partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5+ years' implementation/project management experience.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in gathering/analyzing data for system requirements and configuration.
- 1 to 3 years of experience writing test plans and test cases.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional and data analysis, and system design.
- Ability to document data types, rules, mapping, and conversion requirements.
- Experience with a scripting and/or client-side programming language.
- Ability to coordinate system and user acceptance testing.
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources.
- Strong client relationship and consultative skills.
- Self-directed team player with a positive, professional attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
