Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipeline infrastructure using tools like GitHub Actions.
- Build and maintain internal developer tooling and self-service platform capabilities on Kubernetes.
- Own infrastructure-as-code for shared developer platform resources across AWS accounts.
- Define guidelines for safely rolling out production changes with developers and operations engineers.
- Track metrics to validate the effectiveness of organizational tools.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on cloud-native development and AI practices.
- Contribute to incident response and build AI-driven tooling for detection and prevention.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software or platform engineering, with at least 2 years in infrastructure or tooling roles.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
- Proficiency in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Solid understanding of AWS services, networking, and distributed system patterns.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Java.
- Experience using AI tools in a production context.
- Ability to drive cross-team initiatives and communicate technical tradeoffs.
