Base Salary
$82k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and build scalable solutions.
- Design and implement event-driven integration patterns and APIs connecting HRIS systems.
- Establish integration standards, reusable code libraries, and monitoring for HRIS systems.
- Ensure security and compliance across all integrations using OAuth 2.0 and encryption.
- Support a technology enablement roadmap for Workday and other HR applications.
- Execute enhancements and upgrades for People Technology systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience integrating global HCM solutions.
- Technical familiarity with HRIS modules, preferably Workday and Greenhouse.
- Strong understanding of security configurations and API security models.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills to present complex technical solutions.
