Base Salary
$82k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, AI-ready solutions and automation frameworks for end-to-end HR processes.
- Define system boundaries, data flows, integration standards, reusable code libraries, and architectural patterns.
- Design, build, test, monitor, and support event-driven integrations, RESTful and SOAP APIs, and data pipelines.
- Implement security, encryption, monitoring, logging, alerting, and SOX compliance across HRIS integrations.
- Administer and enhance Workday and other People platforms, including business processes, complex reporting, and end-user support.
- Execute enhancements and upgrades across Workday HCM, Prism, Greenhouse ATS, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and facilitate requirements and design discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience integrating global HCM solutions, with understanding of People and HR data and automation.
- Technical familiarity with HRIS modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent.
- Experience or familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, and BI and analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Fluency in OAuth 2.0 and API security models, including role-, user-, job-, intersection-, and segment-based security.
- Strong project management, delivery, analytical, verbal communication, written communication, stakeholder facilitation, and prioritization skills.
