Base Salary
$100k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and manage technical content programs from ideation to publication.
- Author, edit, and review various technical content types.
- Support docs-as-code workflows using Markdown and Git-based collaboration.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback.
- Monitor adoption and success metrics for documentation tools.
- Track documentation quality indicators and resolve content bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Apply content quality standards and use technical authoring tools.
- Integrate AI-assisted authoring and automation into documentation workflows.
- Contribute to or build automation scripts and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in technical content development or management.
- 2+ years of experience with docs-as-code workflows.
- Experience using Visual Studio Code or similar code editors.
- Familiarity with large-scale developer documentation platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong program or project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced technical environment.
