Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce as the engineering system of record for revenue.
- Manage HubSpot for campaigns and lead generation, ensuring accurate sync with Salesforce.
- Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack.
- Oversee data flow from GTM systems to the central Data Platform.
- Develop agentic workflows that automate operations using GTM data.
- Implement observability for critical GTM systems with dashboards and alerts.
- Ensure proper change management across both CRMs.
- Collaborate with SalesOps and Marketing for effective system usage.
- Partner with the Billing Systems Engineer on CPQ-to-Billing workflows.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise with complex flows and automation.
- Solid HubSpot experience in a marketing context.
- Proven integration engineering experience using APIs and webhooks.
- Code-first mindset with examples of using code to solve operational problems.
- Experience building AI agent workflows in code.
- Strong change management practices in live systems.
- Ability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders directly.
