Base Salary

$133k - $184k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale backend services, data pipelines, and APIs for paid acquisition systems.
  • Develop integrations with major ad platforms including conversion APIs and data workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data science, and product teams to enhance acquisition performance.
  • Design measurement systems for key metrics like LTV/CAC and attribution.
  • Support and evolve platforms for user acquisition incentives and partnerships.
  • Prototype and iterate on experiments to improve conversion and user quality.
  • Analyze campaign performance post-launch for optimization insights.
  • Enhance reliability and scalability of data and backend systems.
  • Contribute to technical excellence through code reviews and mentorship.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in building scalable software or data systems.
  • Experience with backend development in Ruby on Rails, Golang, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and orchestration tools like Airflow.
  • Experience designing APIs and working with databases or data warehouses.
  • Interest in marketing systems such as attribution and paid ads platforms.
  • Strong product and metrics mindset focused on experimentation.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
