Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and scale backend services, data pipelines, and APIs for paid acquisition systems.
- Develop integrations with major ad platforms including conversion APIs and data workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, data science, and product teams to enhance acquisition performance.
- Design measurement systems for key metrics like LTV/CAC and attribution.
- Support and evolve platforms for user acquisition incentives and partnerships.
- Prototype and iterate on experiments to improve conversion and user quality.
- Analyze campaign performance post-launch for optimization insights.
- Enhance reliability and scalability of data and backend systems.
- Contribute to technical excellence through code reviews and mentorship.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building scalable software or data systems.
- Experience with backend development in Ruby on Rails, Golang, or similar.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Experience designing APIs and working with databases or data warehouses.
- Interest in marketing systems such as attribution and paid ads platforms.
- Strong product and metrics mindset focused on experimentation.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
