Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, TAMs, Product, and Engineering to understand client requirements and accelerate time-to-value.
- Design secure technical solutions, architectures, and scopes of work tailored to customer needs.
- Guide customers through technical onboarding, SDK/API integrations, and advanced strategic use cases.
- Troubleshoot complex technical obstacles and document custom integrations.
- Establish engineering best practices and advocate for practices that enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, TAM, or Implementation Consultant.
- Strong technical background with complex environments and domain knowledge in SaaS, mobile, APIs, and programming.
- Experience designing and explaining complex data and system architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
