Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Troubleshoot application performance problems and implement corrective actions.
- Lead proactive efforts to improve system reliability and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve critical incidents.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Document findings and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with New Relic is required.
- Proficiency in New Relic.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting monitoring data and diagnosing complex system issues.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving application performance problems.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams on corrective actions and improvements.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
